Located in the popular village of Overstand, this property is within walking distance of the beach, a good pub, shop and cliff-top cafe. The local area is rich in culture and history, with numerous National Trust properties and steam railways within easy reach. Keen golfers will be spoilt for choice by the many courses that are dotted around the county, while walkers, boaters and wildlife-lovers should head for the magnificent Norfolk Broads, which are a few miles away.Inside, this property has been sympathetically updated to offer homely accommodation with plenty of original features throughout including oak floorboards, exposed beams and a charming fireplace. Prepare meals in the modern kitchen, which has a tiled floor and opens onto the front enclosed courtyard through patio doors. The kitchen contains an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Once prepared, enjoy meals together in the lounge/diner, which is a cosy and welcoming room with wooden flooring, a colourful rug, exposed beams and wood burner set into an original fireplace. With a large L-shaped sofa, occasional lighting, TV/DVD and French doors opening into the garden, this is a lovely room for relaxing all year round.
