Lockable storage, kayak and rowing boat for use at guest's own risk. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Very steep stairs, care to be taken. Note: Unfenced river next to property, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Access path and adjacent fields can get waterlogged in bad weather, wellies advised. Note: Water taxi available to and from property, Saturdays only, owners will provide telephone number (must be booked ahead). Note: The property is accessed on foot or by boat. There is an allocated parking space (available at no extra charge) in Potter Heigham at the start of the path which runs alongside the river
