Set in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, this charming property is situated on the waterside in the Reedham Village. The property offers an open-plan living space with many of the rooms overlooking the river.Relax on the south facing terrace overlooking the quay and the wide expanse of marshes beyond whilst watching the boats go by. Set in the heart of Reedham Village which stretches along the river Yare with a pretty quay lined with moored boats, traditional cottages and delightful riverside pubs. You can explore the local area on scenic walks and cycle routes from the cottage. It is the perfect location for exploring the Broads and the traditional seaside towns of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth. Visit Norwich and explore the castle, cathedrals, museums and shops. Other local attractions include Somerleyton Hall with maze and gardens, Pettitts Animal and Adventure Park, the RSPB reserve at Strumpshaw Fen, Africa Alive Zoo, Bewilderwood and the Time and Tide Museum.
Guest entering this charming cottage enter into the hallway and through to the spacious lounge, which has been stylishly decorated and furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, TV/DVD. There is a cloakroom on the first floor having WC, wash hand basin and washing machine. A good size kitchen/diner which in well equipped having an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are three bedrooms a spacious king size master bedroom with views over the river, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The family bathroom comprises of bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
