With delicious food and fresh coffee a few steps away in the family-run deli below this charming property in the heart of the village of Cawston is the perfect place to explore all of Norfolk. Ideal for cyclists Marriot s way is accessed from the village itself and a little further afield is the stunning Norfolk Coast including the towns of Sheringham (16 miles) and Wells-Next-The-Sea (22 miles). Other attractions within easy reach include the North Norfolk Steam Railway in Holt (12.5 miles) the End of the Pier show at Cromer (16 miles) and the National Trust properties of Blicking and Felbrigg Halls (6 miles and 15 miles). For a day out on the water why not hire a boat and explore the scenic waterways of The Broads which are 20 miles away. On arrival you ll find parking to the rear of the property via the driveway to the left of the deli. Walk through the gate and in through the back door following the steep spiral staircase up to enter this welcoming apartment. When you reach the top of the stairs you ll find the kitchen to the left equipped with everything you need to prepare a light snack or dinner including an electric oven and hob fridge microwave dishwasher and a wine cooler. The spacious lounge and dining area is opposite the kitchen and here you have a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa which is positioned in front of the TV (with Freesat). It s a comfortable spot to cosy up with loved ones after a busy day out exploring and catch up on your favourite shows or enjoy a movie together. If you decide to dine in then serve up some hearty food at the dining table which can seat up to four guests.
