From Stalham (4 miles) you can hire a day boat to explore the Norfolk Broads exploring 125 miles of lock-free waterways and enjoying the wildlife. Everything has been thought of to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing in this fabulous family retreat. The ground floor has a well-quipped kitchen and whoever is tasked with cooking dinner for the evening will have all they could possibly need to create a hearty meal whatever the occasion The dining table can comfortably seat more than eight guests if required as there are extra seats for you to use. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating for all guests a Smart TV ideal for streaming your preferred service and a wood burner so cosy up of an evening whilst you relax and recharge your batteries before another day of coastal adventures ahead. The ground floor also has a convenient WC. Upstairs is where the magic for little ones begins to unfold with the unique Gumpy s Sensory Room; which can be accessed through one of the wardrobes in the double bedroom. This then leads to an interactive quiet sensory room (with restricted hours of use) with lights on the walls and games to enjoy but it doesn t stop there! A small staircase leads down to a children s play kitchen area with a door that leads outside. There is a master bedroom with a double bed which shares a Jack-and-Jill shower room and WC with a twin room and finally there is another king-size room which has a zip-and-link bed which can be arranged as a twin on request depending on your preference. All bedrooms have ample storage space a wall-mounted Smart TV and share a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The property s wow-factor continues outside with an enclosed garden and patio area. Garden furniture is provided for those who wish to enjoy some drinks in the sea breeze and for dining alfresco. You also have a 6-person hot tub with a bar (drinks not included) and games hut next door with a dart board and refrigerator to keep your drinks cool whilst you bubble away in the hot tub. There is a children s playhouse in the back garden so there s plenty for children to enjoy inside and out. There is also a fully enclosed / fenced dog field (2 acres) with shelter table and chairs called Tilly s meadow which is located 19 miles from the property and is available to hire at an additional cost of 10 per hour which can be arranged directly with the owners.
