About Sea Holly Cottage (S)
A bijou and stylish little cottage set in a very convenient location right in the heart of the popular village of Snettisham, where excellent local amenities are all within a short walking distance. And, with North West Norfolk's beautiful coastline on your doorstep, what more could you want?Tucked away in School Road, a small one-way street, you will find this charming brick and carrstone mid-terrace cottage, one of a small row built in 1998. Refurbished in 2023 by the current owners, Sea Holly Cottage now presents as a delightful retreat with a coastal vibe, ideal for a couple, a small family with an older child, along with a faithful four-legged friend or two. The cottage has a boutique feel, and careful consideration has been given by the owners to ensure the décor flows from top to bottom. On the ground floor, the galley kitchen with cool dark units and accessories is compact but provides everything you might need and has an open archway through to the comfortable sitting room, with dining area, where french doors extend it further in the summer months into the courtyard garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms (double and large single), both with pretty feature walls and accessories, beds have super comfy mattresses and are dressed with lovely linen and cosy feather pillows and duvets. Both bedrooms are served by a smart new bathroom sitting between the two, that has a roll top bathtub as well as a shower cubicle.
Outside, the courtyard garden is a relaxing, enclosed space and an ideal spot for a coffee and some pastry goodies or delicious snack bought locally (see location information), or perhaps sharing a bottle of wine after a busy day exploring this fabulous area of Norfolk where you are spoilt for choice for things to do and see.
Additional Information:
Two medium sized well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
The cottage is not suitable for children under the age of twelve, or babes in arms.
Pillows and duvets are feather filled.
No barbecue.
