With huge horizons and a vast open expanse of pristine saltmarsh Stiffkey is a walker s and nature lover s paradise with a footpath that leads from the village down to the coast with some truly fabulous and unique walks alongside the sea. Wells-next-the-Sea is just 4 miles away where you can enjoy a range of shops and eateries or perhaps take a boat trip around the close by Blakeney Point to see the resident seals and their pups. Cley-next-the-Sea with its fantastic nature reserves and marshes is a must-visit and is just 5 miles away. A little further afield is the traditional seaside resort of Cromer offering a wonderful day out and is just 17 miles away. After opening the gate to the driveway and parking your car securely on the grounds of the cottage you enter through the front door and arrive in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has underfloor heating throughout. You immediately get the feel that this lovely cottage has been recently renovated with a social aspect in mind and with a high-end finish. To the left is the kitchen which has everything you need for a real home-away-from-home feel with an electric microwave oven and induction hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and a washing machine which to help wash the sand out of your clothes after coastal walks. For a less formal setting and perhaps for a quick snack or breakfast there is an island with two stools. Once the chef amongst you has lovingly prepared dinner for the group then serve up at the dining table which has enough seating for up to six guests. The lounge complete with bifold doors has two large comfortable sofas providing enough space for all guests to cosy up around the TV whilst you catch up with your favourite show. Completing the ground-floor accommodation is a shower room and WC. Upstairs to the first floor you have a choice of three bedrooms that share a first-floor family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. The master bedroom is a king-size bed bedroom two is a double bed and finally bedroom three is a single. Each bedroom comes with storage space for your clothes and personal items. Please note there are some low ceiling heights in the upstairs eaves of property. Draw open the bifold doors in the lounge which leads to your enclosed patio area to the rear of the property providing a place to indulge in a morning coffee or afternoon fizz. There s a table and six rattan chairs which is also a great spot to enjoy some al fresco dining of an evening. To the front of the property you have plenty of private off-road parking for up to two cars. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king size, 1 double and 1 single. 2 bathrooms 1 shower room with WC and 1 bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric microwave oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Underfloor heating throughout. Smart TV in the lounge. Travel cot and highchair available. Wi Fi included.
