The property’s bathroom is situated on the ground floor just beyond the kitchen and offers a contemporary-style shower-over-bath and WC. Steep cottage style stairs lead upstairs where there are two restful bedrooms, which have been finished in the same attractive style as the rest of the house. The first of these is a double room with a chest of drawers and wardrobe, whilst the second bedroom is a twin room boasting views across the garden.

A patio door from the kitchen opens out onto a pleasant patio seating area with garden furniture to the rear of the property, beyond which there is a fully-enclosed lawn offering plenty of space to relax and play. There is private off road parking behind the cottage.
