Warham, where this property is situated, is a pretty village located close to Norfolk’s picturesque north coast. The characterful village pub, just a short 0.3-mile walk from the cottage, is a delightful place to pop into for a pint, but it would be a shame to miss out on sampling its signature home-baked pies. For an interesting range of shops and more places to eat, head to neighbouring Wells-next-the-Sea: also a great place to join one of the boat trips which depart from the town’s harbour. The beach is situated just outside the town and is a wonderful stretch of fine sand backed by pine trees and beach huts.Guests will fall in love with this property before they even step inside, thanks to the imposing exterior which is unchanged from its days as a working chapel. Inside, the property is no less impressive, boasting a double-height ceiling in the comfortable lounge, where inviting sofas are the perfect place to relax with an electric flame effect enjoy a night-in with a film on the TV/DVD. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped kitchen offering a dining table seating four as well as an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, and dishwasher. A utility room houses the washing machine and WC, past which is a sunny conservatory overlooking the garden. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the first of which is a double room with a pine dressing table and a skylight window. The second bedroom meanwhile, is a pretty twin room, next to which the bathroom offers a shower-over-bath and WC.
To the rear of the property the enclosed garden is a lovely place to sit out and enjoy the peaceful surroundings and has a small lawn next to a patio seating area for which garden furniture is provided. There is parking for two cars.
