Under new ownership in 2021, Herbert's (named after the owner's dog!), is a great find. Stylish and creatively furnished, with an eclectic and colourful selection of artworks on the walls, lovely calming colours, seriously comfortable beds and two separate sitting areas, the house is a perfect bolt hole for couples, friends and families looking for a short or longer break in this popular coastal town. And the icing on the cake? The family dog can come along too. On the ground floor, the main living area is l-shaped, open plan, dual aspect,and folds round to the kitchen where windows overlook the courtyard garden. There's a separate snug; the ideal option for a quiet place to read, catch up with study or work, or maybe there's something that you would prefer to watch on the larger television. Upstairs are three beautifully presented bedrooms (king-size, double and full-size twin) and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom.

Outside, at the back of the house, is a fully enclosed courtyard garden; just the place to retreat to after a busy, active day and share a relaxing evening meal made up of fresh local produce, on a warm summer's evening. Alternatively you can take a short stroll into town and treat yourselves to a meal. You have enough choice to eat somewhere different every night of the week - be it a fish restaurant, one of the gastro pubs, to share a pizza or simply sample some of the freshest fish and chips around while sat on the quay watching the world and boats go by as the sun goes down.
