Situated within Monteagle House, a handsome double fronted Grade II listed house located on Wells-next-the-Sea's elegant and leafy Georgian square, apartment 6 is a light and airy stylish bolt hole enjoying high-ceilings, a great view and a fantastic location. Only a short walk away from the town's superb amenities - shops of every kind, pubs, restaurants, cafes, arts centre and bustling Quay - your needs will be well catered for. And just a ten minute walk from the Quay will lead you to the town's truly stunning wide-open beach, framed by colourful beach huts and sheltered by pine trees.

Perfect to escape to for a short or longer break at any time of the year, you will need to be reasonably fit to climb the two flights of stairs to the top floor of the house, and then again up to the bedroom on the mezzanine level within the apartment. However, it will certainly be worth it when you get there and, here's the bonus, you are sure to be even fitter when you return home!
