Located down a lane leading to the beach, close to the Village Inn pub, in the heart of the popular seaside village of West Runton and close to all the shops, cafes, golf course and train station - why not leave the car and explore the area on foot or by train/bus!..... From the property, you are a few minutes walk away from the sandy beach with rock pools, great for crabbing and fossil hunting.
The cottage is located on the village green with a popular café just a stone s throw away you are also just over 0.5 miles from the sandy beach and a short stroll to the pub shops takeaways and restaurants. The popular resort of Cromer with its vast beaches is just 3 miles away where you can also catch regular shows at The Pavilion Theatre uniquely located at the end of the pier. For keen walkers the Norfolk Coast Path is close by offering an array of picturesque walks and access to neighbouring seaside towns and villages. Sheringham and the North Norfolk Steam railway just 2 miles away travels to the beautiful Georgian town of Holt with a host of boutique shops and restaurants. As you enter this cosy and charming cottage you arrive in the lounge area which is a great place to relax and unwind after some long coastal walks. Here you have a comfortable three-seater sofa and an armchair which surround a wood burner and a TV/DVD player. Following through from the lounge leads you to a perfect place to dine with loved ones. The dining room has seating for up to four guests and from there you have the well-quipped kitchen area which boasts everything the chef of the group needs to rustle up a quick snack or a hearty meal with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher and if you need to rinse the sand from your towels then there is a utility room with a combi washer/dryer and a separate WC. Upstairs you have a super-king bedroom with plenty of storage space for your clothes and also a double bedroom with storage space and both bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. There is an enclosed lawned garden area to the front of the property and a south facing enclosed garden and patio area to the rear with a table chairs and a charcoal BBQ for those who wish to dine al-fresco.
