The spacious ground floor has a sitting room with a Smart television and french doors leading to an enclosed, sunny garden - ideal to keep your young ones and four-legged furry ones playing safely - a separate dining room with seating for six, a well equipped kitchen with a Range cooker and a twin bedroom with 3' single beds and a shower room. The first floor offers two en-suite bedrooms; the master has a king-size bed and bath and a walk-in shower, and bedroom two has a double bed and a shower. There is parking for parking for three cars, plus access to the garage for bicycle storage.

With so many amenities on your doorstep, all walkable from the property, you can really let your hair down and relax close to home. If you're feeling more adventurous, there are nearby picture-perfect seaside villages and towns crying out to be explored, the Coastal Path screaming to be walked, National Trust properties galore (along the coast and inland) calling you in for tea and cake and there numerous other Blue Flag beaches summoning beach activities - one of which, Cromer, is Norfolk's surfing and paddle-boarding hot spot!
