Winterton-on-Sea is a wonderful English seaside holiday village with a pub fish and chip shop two cafes one of which is situated just a stone s throw from the cottage and a fabulous sandy beach which is home to the beautiful Winterton Dunes National Nature Reserve. The beach is ideal for walkers bird watchers and nature lovers as a colony of grey seals may often be seen basking on the beach or bobbing up and down in the waves. The stunning and vast waterways of the Norfolk Broads National Park is 7 miles away offering opportunities for sailing kite surfing paddleboarding and exploring the breathtaking Norfolk countryside with its quaint villages and array of fantastic pubs. Nearby is the beautiful city of Norwich (22 miles) and the popular Broadland village of Wroxham (15 miles) and the wonderful North Norfolk Coast (41 miles) are within easy reach by car. As you enter this cosy cottage you arrive in the open-plan lounge/diner which is the perfect place to relax and unwind after walking on the local beach. The lounge has a sofa and two armchairs which surround a Smart TV which means you will be able to snuggle up and watch or stream your favourite show of an evening with loved ones. The dining area has a table with 2 benches so you will be able to catch up over some hearty food lovingly prepared in the kitchen just beyond. This is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and a washing machine. There is also a small downstairs WC off from the lounge. Upstairs you have the master bedroom which is a double room and a twin bedroom both of which have storage space for your personal belongings and clothes and both share a spacious family bathroom with a bath separate shower and WC - so you can revitalise those senses in the morning before heading out for a day of exploring. There is an enclosed patio area with a table and chairs to the back of the property a suntrap in the summer which is accessed through the back door in the kitchen or down the side of the property. And there is also a lovely small south-facing garden to the front of the property a wonderful spot to catch some rays or sip a cocktail or two. There is private off-road parking to the front of the property for two cars. Need to know: 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin. 1 bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, and 1 separate WC.
