Located in the picturesque village of Helmsley, boutiques, dining opportunities and attractions are easily accessible. Make your way through the streets, lined with independent shops and cafes, and enjoy the laidback atmosphere. Half a mile away, Helmsley Castle invites you to unlock 900 years of history and tales, and just a few hundred yards further on from there Helmsley Walled Garden is a real treat. Naturally, with such diverse landscapes to explore from country to coast, the North York Moors National Park is bursting with walks, trails and activities for all the family.

Drop your bags and head indoors; a light, bright and comfortable home awaits. It's perfect for couples or young families, blending traditional comforts with modern style, you can immediately make yourselves at home and settle in. Starting your tour in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, bag a spot on either the sumptuous sofa or wide armchair and chill out in front of the wood burner. Wi-Fi access offers the ability to get online and share updates with friends, while a Smart TV provides light entertainment for the family. For more traditional relaxation, there is also a varied selection of books and magazines. Next to the lounge, a Smartly-designed, horseshoe kitchen is equipped with all manner of mod cons to make your holiday as smooth as possible, including an oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge with icebox. A handy washing machine is also installed, just the trick after a bike ride or moorland stroll! Nestled in a snug alongside the kitchen, a small dining table is a lovely addition. Boasting heated oak flooring as well as the wood burner, you can enjoy total comfort throughout the year. Located upstairs are the property's two bedrooms. The ultra-stylish master bedroom has a king-size bed and fabulous walk-in wardrobe, while the pretty second bedroom has a single bed. Also upstairs is the wet-room, with a generously-sized walk-in monsoon shower and a WC.

Spoilt for choice for outside space, this property benefits from two garden areas. The first is a small, open garden with a bench to the front of the property, while the second is a beautiful, contemporary rear garden with patio and table chairs. A real haven, the second garden, in particular, is a wonderful spot to enjoy some lunch alfresco or sit with a G&T in the sunshine. For the final cherry on the cake, there is also a BBQ. Off-road parking is included with space for one car.
