Masham is only 15 minutes from the A1 so it’s very easily accessible by car. Harrogate and Darlington are only 40 minutes drive from Masham while York, Leeds, Newcastle and Teesside are all about an hour by car. There are a large number of bus routes which run through Masham to other local towns and villages such as Ripon, Harrogate and Bedale allowing you to explore the area with ease. The nearest train stations are Northallerton and Thirsk if you prefer to travel by rail. Light and spacious, River View has an open plan kitchen diner with large doors opening out onto the patio. Fully equipped, the kitchen has modern appliances and cookware. It is the perfect place to socialise with your loved ones while you prepare and enjoy meals. Step outside and you’ll find a secure back garden. This includes a delightful sun terrace with outdoor seating so you can eat alfresco style during your stay. The property also has a bike store for up to five bikes - please note locks aren’t provided. The living area includes two comfy sofas, an armchair, a wood burner and a flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon prime available so you can retreat here to enjoy a cosy night in. Take the stairs up to the first floor and you’ll find a king bedroom and a twin bedroom, which can be made up as a king bed if this is more suitable for your stay, as well as a WC. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and features a double bed, and wonderful views over the park to the river in the distance. You’ll find light colour schemes and crisp white bedding in every room to create tranquil spaces. The family bathroom is located on the lower floor and includes a P shaped bathtub with an overhead shower, WC and basin.
