The cottage has the feel of a Hamptons beach house and the overall look is one of relaxed understated elegance combining a gentle palette of colours and fantastic artisan touches along with polished pebbles and seashells to create a calming coastal vibe. Split over three levels the floor plan is excellent for mixed generation groups. Starting on the lower ground floor the kitchen has a very high-quality finish and is generously equipped benefitting from a range-style cooker with a gas hob and electric oven microwave dishwasher and fridge. The adjoining breakfast room has a Smart TV and offers plenty of space for everyone to gather around the large farmhouse-style table for relaxed breakfasts and convivial lunches whilst enjoying the lovely sea views. The rear door opens onto a small terrace and also makes for a handy place to enter when you arrive back from the beach. Start your day with an invigorating shower in the luxurious shower room. Completing this level is a useful utility room with a washing machine tumble dryer additional fridge freezer Belfast sink airer/ironing board and iron and storage space for all of your beach equipment there are beach chairs and windbreaks provided for your use.
