About The Malt House

Oversized oven, hob, double oven and grill, microwave, plus large fridge and freezer, dishwasher. 2 x TV with Freeview and Sky sports, video player, iPod dock, DVD, WIFI, piano. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Cot & High Chair available. Courtyard garden, terrace, swimming pool, access to pond. Ample off road parking. One pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.5 miles. Note: The family room is accessed via steep steps and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: One of the bedrooms is accessed via one staircase, and the other 4 are accessed via a separate staircase. Also the family room is a double with a stair case in the room, which leads to the eves with 3 single beds in. Note: The is an open pond children must be supervised at all times outside. Note: Similarly with the pool, due care MUST be taken, it is walled and gated, but children must not be left unattended at the pool at any time. Note: A good housekeeping bond of £300 is required by the owner. Note: The pool is available May 8th - September 8th each year.
