Step inside and you will immediately find yourself in an entrance hall which is the perfect place to leave your coats and sandy shoes. The hall leads to a contemporary lounge which is made for relaxing with family and friends with comfortable seating a Smart TV a wood burner and French doors opening onto the raised patio. Continue along the hall to the light and airy kitchen which has sliding doors opening onto the garden and all the facilities you will need to cook a lazy breakfast or a delicious feast. An archway connects the kitchen to the dining room and on warm sunny days you can open the French doors in this room to bring the outside in. All three bedrooms are beautifully decorated. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor and is a king-size room with a Smart TV. Completing this floor is an immaculate family shower room. The final two bedrooms can be found on the first floor; there is an impressive master king-size with a Smart TV and French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony which boasts uninterrupted views across the Bristol Channel. The final bedroom is a twin room and looks towards Bleadon Hill. Completing this floor is a family bathroom which also boasts sea views and a contemporary free-standing bath. To the rear of the property is an enclosed garden with a patio which makes a lovely spot for your morning coffee or some al fresco dining. The garden offers private access via external steps to the 7-mile stretch of sandy beach which is fabulous for everyone including the family dog.
