Step into this single-storey property and into a spacious hall which leads to all the rooms. The light and airy lounge has a feature fireplace and a Smart TV. From here you can head into the conservatory which is a perfect place to relax with a good book. The well-equipped kitchen/diner is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes on the gas-fired AGA. There is also a large dining table and a door opening into the garden. There are two bedrooms the first is a kingsize with an en-suite shower room and the second has a double bed and two single beds. Completing the accommodation is a family shower room. Outside there is a private secluded garden with a patio area. There is a table and chairs where you can enjoy a spot of al fresco dining it s a lovely space to relax in. There are steps up to a raised lawn or it can be accessed via a gradual grassy slope.
