The property is less than 300 metres from Weston-Super-Mare’s long sandy beach. With its world-famous Weston Grand Pier with its indoor theme park, amusements, state-of-the-art rides, go-kart track, three-level soft play area, and a 4D Cinema! Weston’s donkeys are of course legendary and a must for every child visitor. For golfing enthusiasts, the property directly overlooks the golf course, while Clarence Park (0.5 miles) is extensive and great for kids. Alternatively, Uphill Nature Reserve (1 mile) will appeal to youngsters, walkers, and cyclists, with excellent sea views from the top of the fortress. Other family attractions include Animal Farm Adventure Park (6.5 miles), Brean Splash (8.5 miles), and Noah's Ark Zoo Farm (16.5 miles). Enter this immaculate coach house on the ground floor and head straight upstairs to a large landing that leads to the lounge/diner. After a long day on the beach, the welcoming lounge/diner is a perfect space to relax with friends and family with its Smart TV. The dining area is ideal if you are enjoying a snack or sitting down to a special meal at the large table with French doors opening onto a Juliet balcony overlooking the golf course and beyond. From here go through large double doors into the well-equipped kitchen which has a gas hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Back to the landing and head into the first of the three bedrooms which is a twin room. Completing this floor is a family bathroom with a corner bath and WC. Head upstairs to the top floor where you will find a further two bedrooms: a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room with a shower and WC, and a twin bedroom. There is a stunning communal patio and lawn area with seating for guests to enjoy, whilst the beach is directly opposite the property.
