Just a few miles away is Suffolk’s Heritage Coast, home of renowned reserve RSPB Minsmere. A thirty minute drive will take you to Aldeburgh, which high street boasts a wide selection of independent boutiques, eateries, art galleries and a cinema or why not try award winning fish and chips on the promenade lined by pretty pastel-coloured 19th century villas. A little further afield and you can visit the historic city of Bury St Edmunds which is great for sightseeing having the cathedral, museum, and is the perfect place for some retail therapy.

This is an open-plan studio apartment with its own private entrance into the lounge and bedroom area. There is a king-sized bedroom and the lounge area has a sofa and TV should you wish to watch a movie or catch up on the news before heading out for the day. The kitchen area is well-equipped and has a oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. There is a table and chairs for two guests should you wish to dine in. There is a separate shower room and WC and the apartment benefits from plenty of storage and a dressing table.

There is a rear enclosed courtyard with table and chairs guests can use should you wish soak up the sun with a drink in hand. To the front of the property is car parking for one vehicle.
