Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Upper balcony has sea views and the ground level private decking area faces the play area and lawns. This quiet seaside holiday resort campsite also has communal grounds and the property is near all the facilities and amenities. Shared on-site facilities inc. indoor heated swimming pool (open all year from 10am to 5pm). Mini gym, children's play area, hairdresser, launderette, arcade, mini golf course, bar and restaurant. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Free off-road parking in main guest car park. Within a short drive there is also access to attractions in the area, zoo, sailing, aquarium, leisure park. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Beach 0.1 miles. Note: The holiday park does not allow the following breeds of dog: American Pit Bull Terrier, Japanese Tosa, Fila Brasileiro or Dogo Argentino
