Set over one storey, this pretty cottage sits behind a picket fence and has a porch space which is perfect for shaking off your walking boots. Bright colours and décor and characterful styling welcome you in every room. The sleek kitchen has plenty of space for storing and preparing food, so you can make romantic meals together, and has a little breakfast bar for morning coffees and planning the days ahead. When your stomachs are full, get cosy on the sofas in the bright and beautiful lounge and watch TV together. Retreat to the bedroom for some shuteye, which contains a fabulous four-poster double bed and a lovely Jack and Jill bathroom with shower over the bath accessed via both the bedroom and the kitchen. Outside, is a fully enclosed courtyard garden lined with trees and shrubs, and there are two areas to sit and sip on an evening tipple while the dogs sniff about. To the front of the cottage is private parking for two cars. Located in a rural location in the Suffolk countryside situated between two market towns. Beccles and Bungay are both 2.5 miles away and have an eclectic mix of independent shops, pubs, and restaurants. Bungay Castle is one of the largest in the country and is well worth a visit for history lovers. There is also a river here where you can hire canoes and paddle boards, perfect for a fun day out together. If you prefer days by the beach, visit the quintessential town of Southwold (16 miles).
