The area is steeped in Shakespearean history from the local pub that served Shakespeare s parents wedding breakfast to the local town of Stratford-upon-Avon which houses Shakespeare s birthplace and the Royal Shakespeare Company. The county town of Warwick with its medieval castle and riverside park is just 9 miles away. This location is ideal for walkers cyclists and those wishing to explore local Warwickshire towns and villages such as Aston Cantlow (2.5 miles) Wilmcote (4 miles) and Wooton Wawen (3.5 miles). All are great to visit to pick up local produce visit tourist attractions or enjoy a drink at a welcoming pub. Fabulous views of local farmland can be admired as you make your way up the farm track.
