A stone-built cottage on a working farm at Oxhill, Bumble Cottage comes with a caveat worth knowing in advance: there may well be animals about the place, which some people book for and others should think about first. The building itself is small and neatly worked out. One double bedroom has its own walk-in shower room, and there is a separate cloakroom with basin and WC, so the shower room never has to do everything.
Living space is split between a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove, with a utility keeping the washing machine and dishwasher out of the way.
