This is a very well kept and equipped cottage. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would recommend Woodend Annexe as an excellent place to stay to discover the south coast area.
The standard of everything at Woodend Annexe was excellent and lots of lovely touches made it perfect. The cottage was first class and every thing was lovely and clean. I cannot fault anything. The owners were the perfect hosts.
Woodend Annexe was a home from home. The owners had thought of everything. The garden is beautiful and very private. Perfect for sitting in on a warm evening or having an Al Fresco breakfast. The whole experience was fantastic and we will be returning next year. I would wholeheartedly recommend Woodend Annexe to anyone who wants to stay in a home from home in beautiful surroundings.

The property was located in a great part of England with central access to Arundel, Portsmouth & Littlehampton. Woodend Annexe was perfect for our family, having two bathrooms was definitely a bonus.

The hosts were very welcoming, the cottage was very homely and comfortable with everything that we needed and more. Lovely touch of the coffee machine, biscuits, bread, milk and juice on arrival. The outdoor area looked great, but the weather was a little bit against us to use it. Wifi was a bonus and enabled us to book the ferry whilst on holiday. There was plenty of parking and it was private and secluded, yet close to the major roads. A great location for exploring this area. We'd definitely recommend this property.

The cottage was absolutely everything we could have wished for. The owners could not have done more to make our holiday complete. The extra touches provided were just lovely and much appreciated. The location was just right for the places we wished to visit. We have booked with Sykes before but this is our best property to-date.
The cottage was so secluded and away from it all. The owners were excellent hosts. All the furnishings and bed linen were of the best quality. All the major attractions of the area were easily accessible. We would recommend this cottage to anyone.
One of the best cottages we have stayed at! Exceptionally provided with lots of little extras - from lovely welcoming flowers in the conservatory and a welcome pack of useful provisions to start us off. The décor of the house was lovely with very nice furniture and beds with quality linens. This all helped to make a very happy holiday. We also loved looking out on the very pretty garden. The situation of the annex is very good being accessible to so many interesting places and near beautiful countryside.
We had the best stay in Woodend Annexe we could have wished for. The cottage exceeded our expectations on every level. The owners are the perfect hosts, by no means intrusive but very helpful when needed. Woodend Annexe is spacious, clean and luxurious. Although there was only three of us (2 adults, one 5-year old), three more guests would have fitted easily. The cottage is nicely situated on a private road, with easy access to everything West Sussex has to offer. We can recommend a stay in Woodend Annexe to anyone.
