Situated in the heart of the beautiful Holme Valley on the edge of the West Yorkshire Pennines and Peak District National Park the area is an absolute paradise for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. There is an abundance of walks straight from the doorstep and the Tour de France and the Tour de Yorkshire have both been through this delightful Holme Valley town. A number of stone steps lead up to the entrance of this wonderful property where you are greeted by a welcoming entrance hall perfect for leaving coats and muddy boots after a day of exploring. The cosy lounge boasts a gas fire and a smart TV and enjoys beautiful views from the large windows. Moving through to the main hub of the house the spacious kitchen/diner is equipped with everything you could need including a gas hob electric oven microwave fridge/freezer washing machine and dishwasher. Relax and enjoy a morning coffee around the dining table made with the coffee machine whilst you plan your activities for the day ahead. On the first floor you will find two good-sized bedrooms one super-king zip-and-link (which can be made up as twins on request) and one king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as 2 6 twins on request). There is also the house bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Up a second set of stairs are the remaining two bedrooms one twin and one single (for alternate sleeping only) both of which are full of character with low sloping ceilings.
