Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Private patio with furniture. Shared use of three-acre enclosed grassed paddock with unfenced pond. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: There is a railway line running alongside the boundary of the paddock, with a station in Great Bedwyn offering direct access to London Paddington and the West Country. The cottage is fully double glazed. Note: The lower ground floor bedroom is in the basement. There are no windows but sun pipes allow for some natural light and there is automatic air change ventilation.
