Gas central heating and wood-burning stove. Electric oven and hob, 2 x microwaves, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel, power and wood for wood-burning stove inc. in rent. Quality bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample parking at the property for 6 cars. Large garden with lawn, veranda, furniture, barbecue and river frontage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.4 miles. A travel cot and highchair can be requested. PLEASE NOTE:. There is a river running through the property and a pond so children are welcome but should be supervised at all time. There is a small flat at the rear of the property which has its own separate access, that is very occasionally used by family members, they do not use the garden that is solely used for Sykes guests in the River house, so the house and garden remain totally private for you. From the second week of December each year the house will be smartly decorated for the Christmas and New Year period including a real Christmas tree
