Electric oven, induction hob, Nespresso krups coffee machine, microwave, fridge, freezer plus under the counter fridge.coffee machine, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Smart TV with DVD player, NETFLIX and WiFi,there is an extra fridge in the utility room, this will be running from the months June - September, any bookings outside of this time frame can be made available upon request. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Ample off road parking for 3 cars outside the property. Enclosed garden with lawn area and table and chairs and charcoal barbeque, as well as a rear patio area with seating. Two pets welcome, more on request. Please note: this owner provides a dog sitting service, there is a charge for this service and can be booked with the owner during your stay. Sorry, no smoking allowed. Shop ad pub within 0.1 miles. Please Note: There is a public car park with 6 x electric car charging points within 0.1 miles of the property (just next to the bottle recycling centre.
