Tenbury Wells, a charming market town in Worcestershire, is nestled on the banks of the River Teme and often referred to as "The Town in the Orchard" due to its historic ties to apple growing and cider making. Our home features a cosy middle sitting room with a wood-burning stove and TV, two quiet offices for any work or laptop time, and a playroom for children and teens, complete with a babyfoot table and piano. The large kitchen/diner, with an AGA and wood-burning stove, boasts a table that comfortably seats 10. Outside, you'll find a beautiful terrace perfect for al fresco dining and entertaining, featuring a BBQ and fire pit, all with breathtaking views! The garden furniture comfortably seats 8. The recently redesigned garden offers a hammock and croquet for added relaxation. There's also a second patio just outside the kitchen, with a small table and benches—ideal for kids’ meals or enjoying a sunset drink. Full of character and charm, Upper House is a much-loved family space. It offers five bedrooms, including a Master suite with a private balcony and panoramic views. There are three bathrooms: a family bathroom with a roll-top bath and shower, an en-suite to the Master, and a shower room attached to the single bedroom. For convenience, there's a practical utility area in the cellar, complete with a washing machine, drying rack, tumble dryer, large fridge-freezer, and a separate drinks fridge. A porch area provides space for wellies and outdoor gear.
