This Agreement does not grant either party any rights in the other party’s intellectual property, except as necessary to fulfil the purpose of the disclosure.

11) No waiver

Failure by either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

12) Changes to this agreement

We may update this Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the website or continued communication with us will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.

13) Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
