Return from a day exploring the area to relax together on comfortable sofas with the wood burner adding to the cosy ambience. You can all enjoy a movie night watching the Smart TV in the lounge. Two steps up take you to the utility room with a sink washing machine an additional fridge and a door that leads you out to the garden. There is also a separate snug with a second TV a desk sofa games and books perfect for children or anyone looking for their own space. There is a king-size bedroom on the ground floor with a Jack and Jill en-suite shower which connects to the utility room whilst a second shower room is located off the snug. Heading upstairs you will find a king-size bedroom with gorgeous village green views and an en-suite bathroom where you can enjoy a long soak with bubbles after a busy day. A separate cosy twin bedroom with Velux windows is accessed off the landing. Outside the generous enclosed rear garden has a patio area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ ideal for al fresco dining. Two steps take you up to the lawn and a parking area accessible from the rear. A side gate gives you access to the village green and the fields beyond.
