Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for two cars. Lawned garden at front and back of property with additional patio and furniture at the back. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub within 0.1 mile. Please note: The drive is sloped however it does have a handrail. Note: 10-minute walk to the beach. Please note: Sunday changeovers are by prior arrangement only
