Central heating (NEST heating control). Wood burning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Smart TV, Wifi, Sky TV facilities. TV in each bedroom. Bed linen and towels provided. A large garden, with patio, outdoor furniture & wooden teepee!. One dog welcome. Parking for two cars -1 off road opposite the garage & 1 in the garage. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1.5 miles. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the garage. Note: The garden has a stream running through it, a pond, well and wooden teepee. Children should be supervised at all times when using the garden. Note: Access is via a narrow lane but is passable to large cars and vans with care. Note: £250 Good Housekeeping Bond
