Also adjoining it, is a quiet space for yoga/excercise. Family bathroom with rainfall shower in cubicle, bath, WC and handwash basin. Kitchen with extending oak table and seating for 6, old wooden units and a dresser. Sitting room with wood-burning stove set in a large inglenook, a window seat, reclining sofa, armchairs, flat-screen TV. A writing desk corner, with bookshelves containing books, maps and boxed DVDs. Beyond is a second quiet seating area with a sofa. Conservatory with an oak table, cane chairs, views over fields to the sea, and French windows that open on to a patio. Large, walled, natural and wild-flower garden with grassed areas, apple trees, a veg garden, patio area and BBQ fire-pit with seating.
