Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot. Off road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets welcome. 4 deck chairs and a parasol are stored in the shed outside for guests to use, there is also a bench on the patio to the side of the property that can be used by guests. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Please note: The stairs are quite steep so may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
