Three bedrooms comprise two doubles and a room with a triple bunk bed, an arrangement children tend to be delighted by. The family bathroom covers both preferences with a bath and hand held shower plus a separate shower, along with a WC and basin. The kitchen has a dining area built in and a Belling range oven and hob at its centre, with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine alongside.

Original features sit comfortably with modern fittings here, and the sitting room holds a TV, a DVD player and a piano, which is an invitation someone in most parties will accept. Central heating, wifi, bed linen and towels are included, and a high chair and travel cot are available for a baby. Outside there is an enclosed garden, though it is worth knowing that it is used on occasion for foot access by the other apartments. Off road parking takes two cars, and being on one level throughout makes the whole place straightforward to live in for a week.
