About Bari

What sets Bari apart is how close it sits to everything: the shop and the pub are effectively on the doorstep, so a stay here can be run almost entirely on foot. Parking is roadside, which fits a house in the middle of a Ceredigion town rather than one out on a lane.

Inside, the rooms are kept separate over two floors. A kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room below, three bedrooms above: a king-size with its own shower room, a double and a twin, with a family bathroom holding both a bath and a separate shower.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Oil central heating warms the house, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is a television and WiFi. Anyone travelling with a baby can ask for a cot, stairgate and highchair rather than filling the boot with them.

At the back the garden is enclosed and has a patio with furniture, useful in the evening and useful too because two well behaved pets are welcome, and a fenced garden makes that far easier. It is a practical house for a group who want to walk to dinner and walk home again.
