The cottage is nestled in the valley above the popular village of Llangrannog. It is perfect for families, couples, walkers, dog lovers, cyclists or those just wanting tranquillity. Step outside and a woodland path takes you into Llangrannog village and the 'Blue Flag' beach. A short walk also takes you onto the Ceredigion Coast Path with spectacular views of Cardigan Bay. Llangrannog boasts 2 beach cafes, a pub, and a church. A short drive away are the harbour towns of New Quay, Aberaeron and Cardigan. Stunning beaches can be found nearby at Cwmtydu, Penbryn, Tresaith, Aberporth and Mwnt. The area has much to offer. For active types there is walking, swimming, cycling, kayaking, surfing, coasteering, horse riding, golf or fishing. For wildlife enthusiasts, there are bottlenose dolphins, harbour porpoises, grey seals and a wide diversity of bird life to see. Sitting area: 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, satellite TV, Bluetooth speaker, wood burning stove Dining area: table seating 5, garden view Kitchen area: halogen hob, electric oven, extractor, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine OUTSIDE Outside, the cottage has its own gravelled and paved, dog-proof garden. There is a charcoal and wood-burning masonry BBQ, tables and seating. Parking for 2 cars is provided in the courtyard next to the cottage. A public footpath runs through Pigeonsford Farm and directly onto a woodland path leading to Llangrannog. KEY FACTS - Bed linen and towels provided.
