Known for its good food and hospitality it has a birds' eye view of the beach. Cilborth Beach is a hidden gem, located just around the headland from Llangrannog Beach. Accessible via a short walk along the coastal path or at low tide, it’s a secluded cove known for its golden sands, dramatic cliffs, and clear waters The Ceredigion Coastal Path dips down to the village from both sides of the beach. The neighbouring cliffs and headlands to the resort of Llangrannog provide stunning views to walkers along with the chance to spot the wildlife of Cardigan Bay such as chough, red kite, grey seals, dolphins and porpoises to name but a few. Other places of interest up and down the coast include the tiny village of Tresaith, the popular fishing harbour of New Quay, from where you can tour the bay by boat, and the colourful Georgian town of Aberaeron, full of charm. The National Trust beaches of Penbryn and Mwnt are well worth a visit, too.
