Dormie is a spacious, detached south-facing bungalow set in large lawned gardens immediately adjacent to the sixth green of Borth and Ynyslas Championship Golf Course with fine views down the coast. Walk over the dunes to the well-regarded Borth beach. The property is also within a short walking distance to the Cors Dyfi nature reserve. If you enjoy walking, this is the very north tip of the Ceredigion Coast Path, so there are many miles of delights to the south for you to explore. The garden is fenced making it an ideal location for a safe holiday for families. 7 miles south is the historic market town of Aberystwyth which is a nestled between 3 hills and 2 beaches. The town is well-known for being a holiday resort and for being home to the University of Wales Aberystwyth and National Library of Wales.
