About Beudy Bach

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Beudy Bach is an end-terrace cottage on a working farm, in Dolwen 3 miles from Abergele. There are two double rooms and a single room. There is also a family bathroom. Downstairs is an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a communal courtyard as well as a private lawned area and off road parking for each cottage. Beudy Bach is in an ideal location for touring this lovely part of Wales.

Three bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 x single. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and sitting area with electric fire.

Oil central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, coin-operated tumble dryer in shared drying room, dishwasher, Smart TV, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawn and patio area with furniture and BBQ. Shared courtyard. Storage for bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.75 miles, pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: The cottage is near a workshop and farm yard, some occasional noise may be heard. This property needs 48 hours notice between booking date and the holiday start date to be able to go ahead.

We are really pleased we booked Beudy Bach. It was very comfortable and contained everything we required. The family who own the farm were very friendly and helpful. Our eighteen month old loved staying there and visited the sheep and ponies twice daily! In a fantastic location for visiting the North Wales coast and Snowdonia. Would highly recommend this cottage, especially for families.

- Everything is very new and of excellent quality - quiet surrounding - nice kitchen with all electrics needed - nice living-/dining area - good heating system - enough parking space for the cars - 5 minute drive to A547 or 8 min drive to A55 - basket with Welsh special food

The cottage was very cosy and comfortable, well designed and decorated. The owner was extremely friendly and the welcome basket of welsh goodies was yummy! It was in an excellent location to visit various attractions in North Wales such as the Great Orme, Conwy Castle and Llandudno pier. A fabulous cottage in a fab location!

We loved the cottage. It was fresh but very homely. We were visiting family but had a little look around, Conwy Castle, Conwy town and mountain. All very nice even in inclement weather.

What a wonderful property, from the moment of entering the front door it felt really homely, warm and inviting! We were thrilled with the lovely bedrooms, the bed linen, and soft furnishings, the comfiest sofa and swish décor throughout.

I would highly recommend Beudy Bach as a fantastic choice to stay on a break or holiday. The cottage is clean very well kept and the owners are on site if any problems. I would highly recommend visiting the horses at the end of the courtyard into the cottage especially Eric the boss you can't miss him. My kids loved feeding them. We will definitely be visiting again. As we cannot fault anything with this property.

Beudy Bach was fabulous, it was spotlessly clean and had everything you could wish for. The bathroom was amazing and has a lovely big bath - definitely take some bubble bath with you! The owners have done a fabulous job of converting the property from a barn to cottages and they were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend it to everyone!
