Storage for bikes. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.75 miles, pub/restaurant 10 mins walk. Beach 2 miles. Note: The cottage is near a workshop and farm yard, some occasional noise may be heard. This property needs 48 hours notice between booking date and the holiday start date to be able to go ahead.

The owners were tremendous, helpful and friendly. They took the time and trouble to explain about the farm to us. I have never met nicer or more accommodating owners. The location is perfect, near everything and far enough to be in the country. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Most superb, met by our lovely hostess and shown round. In the kitchen we were met by by a lovely welcome basket of lovely Welsh foods. Can't fault this holiday property at all.

Great setting, well placed to explore the area, well equipped. Very friendly and helpful owners, welcome basket was a lovely addition. The weather was kind to us and we had a lovely time.

The cottage is a lovely barn conversion with a well laid out and comfortable interior. The location is nice and rural but only a few minutes drive to local amenities.The owners had provided a nice welcome pack including wine, bara-brith and some lovely home made chutney.

Fantastic location, away from the hustle and bustle, it enables you to experience Welsh farm living. My daughters loved seeing the horses, Shetland pony, the calves and Snowy the farm cat. All this helped to make the stay more memorable. The cottage is lovely, just as it looks in the pictures; we all relaxed easily and it felt like home from home. The owners were really helpful and left a welcome basket of goodies which was well received. The cottage is a great base to explore the North of Wales and is handy for the A55 which takes you to the coastal resorts. I am already recommending this to friends.

We had a fantastic holiday. The cottage is beautiful and is surrounded by lovely countryside. It is situated in a remote area away from the towns and villages, but only 10 minutes to the nearest town for Tesco's.

We loved the location and ambience. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful. The cottage was cosy, very clean and comfortable, and it suited our needs perfectly. Our daughter loved the farm animals, especially watching the calves being fed.

Excellent hospitality. Peace and quiet. Plenty of space. Very accessible to places of interest in North Wales. One of the best places we have stayed in and owners are to be congratulated.

The owners have converted this property to a very high standard. It was beautifully furnished and decorated, luxury accommodation. The farm is in a peaceful location but only a few miles from lovely beaches and the coastline of Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. There was a lovely welcome basket left as well full of local food. All in all a fantastic holiday and we will definitely return.

The cottage was in a peaceful location. Llandudno, Conwy, Snowdonia were relatively close by so we didn't have to spend too much time travelling by car. This is the third time we have used Sykes Cottages and have always been impressed by the high standard of the properties.

The property owners, who lived in the farm next door, could not have been more helpful. We were invited to help feed the baby lambs and calves one evening. The property itself was one of the best we've stayed at - we would highly recommend it and will probably go back again.

Great cottage, very well presented and in a great location. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Perfect place for couples and families alike to use as a base to relax or tour the many attractions all within an hour of here.

We had a fantastic stay here, it was very quiet considering we were right next to the working farm. The family kindly left us drinks and food on our arrival which is always a nice touch. The overall appearance of the cottage was great and had a warm, homely feeling to the place. Would highly recommend. Having a car is recommended as you're in the middle of the country! I would go back in a heartbeat!
