The cottage is in a secluded area in the hills on a working farm. A perfect place for a quiet relaxing holiday. It was nice to see the owner a couple of times whilst we were there. She made sure that we had absolutely no problems. The cottage is cosy and warm and ideally located for the attractions that this part of the world has to offer. We will return without doubt, and hopefully stay in the same cottage.

Had a great stay over Xmas 2014. The cottage was excellent and the views with snow on the mountains made the views great, and there was lots to do near by. Very nice owners who made you very welcome.

A wonderfully peaceful and idyllic cottage. Highly recommend it especially for the lush wood burner, incredibly efficient shower, cosy rooms and stunning views. Will hopefully return and definitely recommend to family, friends and dogs!

Wonderful views from cottage. Plenty of walking opportunities from doorstop and close to Betws-y-Coed with plenty of shops and places to eat. Owner was very nice and helpful. Cottage was clean, cosy and very comfortable, would recommend!

The location of the accommodation on the farm, especially during lambing season was a worthwhile experience. Furthermore it was not far from Betws-y-coed, a beautiful riverside town with good restaurants and nice walks. Had the opportunity to meet the owners who were very friendly and attended to our small request very promptly. We were shown around their working farm nearby where we had a rewarding experience of witnessing a lamb being born in our presence. I will definitely visit this place again and will surely recommend to others as well.

We enjoyed the peace and quiet, the fabulous views in every direction, and also the large enclosed garden - perfect for our dog. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and there was a superb bathroom with an excellent shower. There was a wide array of birds to watch outside. The owner was friendly and helpful - excellent, homely accommodation.

The views were outstanding and the log fire very homely. The cottage was beautiful. I took glasses and extra things but there was no need as everything you needed was provided even a welcoming snack. I would highly recommend this cottage.

This was a very nice, cosy cottage that was exceptionally well kitted out. The views from the cottage were fantastic and we were well placed to travel through the Snowdonia National Park or head up to the coast with it's stunning castles steeped in history. We would happily come back.

We enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the beautiful views from the cottage, as well a the fact that it was a working farm and we got to meet the owner, a lovely lady. The personal touches like there being milk for a cuppa on our arrival, along with a delicious home baked cake, were much appreciated.

Great place for peace and tranquility. We had a whole farm to ourselves. Warm and cosy house. Home-from-home feeling. Great walks from the house itself. Good base for local attractions.

This was a fantastic cottage, ideally situated in lovely countryside and a great base for our busy holiday. The owners were very kind and thoughtful. The games room was a big hit with our five year old little boy. We also had our 13 year old daughter and 8mth old baby and there was plenty for us all to do and enjoy! We will definitely book again - one week was not enough!

We always use your company because of the guaranteed high standards and the cottage in Wales did not disappoint.The location was idyllic with plenty to do in the area. Plenty of local information in the accommodation which was helpful. Charming hosts who were keen to check that everything was alright but left us to our own devices.

As we had our dog with us, the location could not have been better with lovely walks literally from our back door. All around us, from every window, were gorgeous views of the animals on the farm and the mountains as an added backdrop. We had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and enjoyable week. The local waterfalls and surrounding lakes in the area were particularly impressive.

We had a fabulous week in this cottage and would not hesitate to recommend a stay here to friends and family. The owner was very friendly and we would like to thank her for her hospitality. This cottage has something for everyone, our little boy enjoyed the games room and seeing the farm animals so close. We enjoyed the remote location with beautiful views, and would definitley visit again.

Everything about the holiday was excellent, the accommodation the area and the service over all. There are some fantastic walks and on days when we wanted to relax it was lovely to sit in front of the log fire. The owner is lovely and very friendly, the welcome tray and fresh flowers were a very nice touch and very welcoming after our journey. This is the third cottage we have stayed in with Sykes and the fourth time we have been in the last 3 years, they have all been excellent but this one was exceptional. I would definately recommend it to our friends and will certainly be going back.

The utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer was really useful. The owner was really welcoming and friendly. The enclosed garden was great for the dog. It was lovelty to have bed linen and towels all provided.

Excellent cottage giving a remote feel, but close to many amenities. Good size rooms with good views over the countryside. Our son loved the games room and the enclosed garden. Very well equipped for any weather of which there is a lot in Snowdonia. Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing retreat.

We all had a good chilling and relaxing time. the area was very good for walks and site seeing. The owner was very kind and left us to chill out, but was just a phone call away, if we needed anything. Over all we will be going back! There was nothing that we did not like, we would like to thank you for a great break!

This cottage is located in a beautiful part of Wales. Our 3 young children loved the games room and the gardens and adjacent field were safe for them to run around in. Everything was clean and spotless and very comfortable. The 'welcome tray' was particularly thoughtful. We met the owners and they were very friendly. We would definitely recommend this place to friends.

The location was perfect for what we wanted from our holiday. The cottage itself was 100% could not fault it in anyway. The views were spectacular. Welcome tray and fresh flowers were an added bonus. Games room was excellent kept us all busy of an evening and there was plenty of room to store our bikes in the utility room. Will definitely be looking at staying again.

The cottage was very remote, beautiful views, relaxing environment, with a friendly welcome and very homely. The cottage was very clean and the standards were high. The games room was an added bonus. It was nice we were able to take the dog.
