We had a great family holiday in this cottage. It was clean, very well equipped and the décor was lovely. My 6 year old daughter declared that her bedroom was "glorious" when she walked in! The owner was very friendly and welcoming. A good base for exploring the area.

Welcoming owner and a very well prepared property which was beautifully appointed and decorated. Well equipped with plenty of everything. It was very warm and very comfortable with a safe garden for the dogs. Then there were the views..simply stunning. We loved it.

If it's Wales your after start here. The views were amazing rolling hills, sheep dotted about even coming to say hello over the fencing. Cattle, robins absolutely picturesque walks on your doorstep, short drive away to many walks and activities. Gem of a cottage, plenty of hot water, everything in the property you could possibly need. Very comfortable and cosy. A very big thank you to the owner for the welcoming scones, milk and tea bags after a long journey and a welcome not long after arriving was warming. Highly recommend everything about being there.

This beautiful very comfortable cottage is a real retreat but also central to the whole of Snowdonia. The owner is so welcoming with milk in fridge, tea, coffee, sugar,scones and fresh flowers for our arrival. Despite a busy life on the farm she took the trouble to call a couple of times to check all was well with everything which was greatly appreciated. I would like her to be thanked and congratulated on our behalf.

Comfortable, warm, accommodation, with fantastic views of the mountains from the front door. We enjoyed the fact that there where footpaths right from the front gate. If we weren't walking we were enjoying the historic castles in the area. We enjoyed everything.

Lovely accommodation which has been recently converted so everything is very modern and up to date. The owner was very pleasant and had left a tray of goodies for us upon arrival (welsh cakes, biscuits, milk, squash for the kids) which was really appreciated. There were also fresh flowers in the lounge. No problems at all with anything during the stay. The view from the front door/garden is stunning! On the last evening the owner came round to ask if everything had been okay and gave us three bars of chocolate for our boys to enjoy on the journey home. Really great hospitality!
