Gas underfloor central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. Freesat TV in lounge with a further Freesat TV in main bedroom. Games DVD, CD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars, 100 yards away. Storage for bikes with hose cleaning area. Small enclosed rear patio. Meadow garden with parking 100 yards away. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 mins walk. Note: The railway runs adjacent to this cottage, with approximately 6 trains per day passing in both directions. Note: Cottage is accessed down a shared footpath.

We enjoyed staying in the cottage very much and it was in an excellent location, in a quiet spot but in the centre of Betwsy-y-Coed. It was lovely to sit on the patio with a cup of tea watching the little trains. The town is in a beautiful setting and we enjoyed exploring the surrounding area.

The accommodation was a home from home and we could not have asked for more. It was comfortable, clean and there was even the added extra of toys e.t.c for our children to play with.

The cottage had a cosy feel but was finished to a high standard. The underfloor heating meant that it was very warm, which was very useful as the weather was pretty wintry.

3 Railway Cottages is a gorgeous little property. It's very homely, tastefully decorated, has everything you could possibly need and is in a very convenient but quiet location.

They say it is all about location and Betws-y-Coed delivers on that as a great base to explore Snowdonia. The cottage was a delight, quirky from first impressions. Located in a group of back to back railway cottages, but beautifully furnished and appointed in a contemporary style. The infrequent local trains are a point of interest and not disturbing. Our group of four adults would recommend 3 Railway Cottages to our friends. Thanks.

Good location for public transport. Very well appointed cottage. It had everything we needed. We liked the bike storage and the solid fuel stove with supply of firewood. Handy Spar grocery shop nearby.

The cottage is in excellent condition and a very good location. The walk to Swallow Falls, by the river, is well worth it for the view. We would definitely stay here again.
