Swn Yr Aber is a converted barn located in the midst of rural farmland and close to a nearby stream. It is located on the outskirts of the small village of Nebo, near Llanrwst, and only 3 miles away from Betws Y Coed, making it a perfect starting point for couples and families who want to explore Snowdonia, Conwy Valley and the coast. Set out over a single floor, the cottage has two bedrooms allowing it to sleep up to 4 people, as well as an additional infant in the provided cot. There is a family bathroom, additional WC, and a spacious kitchen-diner. The main lounge has an electric log-effect fire and French doors open onto a patio. Facilities at the cottage include a dishwasher, washer-dryer, microwave, freezer, TVs and DVD players in both bedrooms and the lounge, a whirlpool bath with an overhead shower to soothe away the day's activities. Outside there is garden furniture allowing you to take in the spectacular views on sunny days. Bed linen and towels are supplied, and the property allows one well-behaved dog to stay at no additional charge. Located on the eastern edge of Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, Swn yr Aber is a beautiful cottage that offers easy access to all main centres of North Wales. The area is perfect for leisurely walks and exploring the Welsh countryside, with a nearby stream and access to the surrounding farmland. The cottage itself is a top-quality barn conversion, and visitors can expect to spot local birdlife such as Buzzards and Lapwings. Llanrwst is a market town and community on the A470 road and the River Conwy, in Conwy County Borough, Wales, and the historic county of Denbighshire. It developed round the wool trade and became known also for the making of harps and clocks.

An easy drive takes you to the coast at Llandudno or Conwy, or towards Capel Curig and the heart of Snowdonia. Glan Lledr is a detached riverside cottage sleeping up to four people in two bedrooms. Surrounded by woodland in the Lledr Valley not far from Betws y Coed on the way towards Dolwyddelan offering excellent river and woodland birdwatching.This simple, cosy, woodsman's cottage has lots of character with its exposed beams, log burning stove and wood panelling. Glan Lledr is a simple cosy little cottage with its exposed beams, fireplace and range, retaining much original character. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin, bathroom, fitted galley kitchen, lounge with multifuel stove set in to the original range fireplace and dining room overlooking the river. Facilities include storage heaters, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, Wifi internet access, payphone and garden picnic table. The garden has 400 yards of river frontage, with fishing from the bank. Please bring your own towels. An initial supply of logs and fuel are supplied, further solid fuel is availble on request with a charge to cover suppy. Electricity is extra by meter reading. Please note TV reception at this cottage is dependent on broadband. There is a smart television with DVD player and a small selection of DVDs. Although a shower is fitted to the bath taps we do not advertise this facility due to the low water pressure.Two dogs are welcome but under strict pet acceptance terms and conditions - please enquire or see our terms and conditions.

Pen Y Bryn (which translates as 'top of the hill') is a beautiful cottage with fabulous views along the Conwy Valley over the market town of Llanrwst. A two-bedroom, two-bathroom house, The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has an ensuite shower room (shower, WC and wash basin), double bed and doors out to the garden, perfect for that early morning coffee. The second bedroom then houses two twin beds and is found on the first floor. The stunning open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining room has three picture windows that offer an incredible view of the Welsh countryside. The aga is the heart of the kitchen and the primary means of cooking in the house, as well contributing to the warmth of the home. It, along with the American-style fridge freezer and island unit with integrated dishwasher, provides a warm and inviting atmosphere to the room. The dining area and lounge are spacious and relaxing, as it has a cosy log burner. The whole house is decorated with a carefully curated selection of art. The cottage also benefits from a delightfully understated parlour which doubles as the entrance hall, giving access to the ground floor family bathroom (corner bath, WC and wash basin) and the stairs leading up to a spacious reading room and first-floor twin bedroom. The garden is enclosed, has a level area with decking and gravel, ideal for an evening relaxing in the sun, and a gently sloping lawn which leads your eye to the views beyond the hedge. The facilities at Pen y Bryn include oil-fired aga, which provides the primary cooking facilities, American-style fridge freezer, washing machine (in the utility room), dishwasher, two log burners, oil-fired central heating, TV, DVD player and garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are supplied, and there is off-road parking for up to four cars. NB. Due to the rural location of the cottage, there is no availability to install an internet connection, however, there is a very good 4G mobile signal. There is also no additional cooker other than the Aga. Situated in a peaceful spot in the rolling hills of the Conwy valley just a few miles from the market town Llanrwst and in the other direction, the popular village of Betws y Coed to the south, or Conwy, Llandudno and the beaches of the North coast. An excellent area for walking and wildlife and just a short drive from the beautiful National Trust Bodnant Gardens and the Bodnant food centre.
