Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Sympathetically refurbished in 2021 in keeping with the original character of the property. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, Dishwasher. 50 inch Smart TV and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Lawned garden with seating. Fantastic views over the Conwy Valley. Off-road parking for three cars. The village also has St Peter's Church, which is also very popular for birdwatching. Ornithiology, walking, hiking and cycling groups are most welcome. Within easy reach are Surf Snowdonia, the Iron Age Fort Pen-y-Gaer and the Roman Fort of Caerhun. Gwydir Uchaf Chape is nearby (seasonal) plus Pen Rhyn Castle and Manor House. The National Trust's 80 acre Bodwyn Gardens is also nearby with an arboretum, play area and tea rooms. Conwy Castle is also only 10 miles away, as are the bridge and popular tea rooms of Llanwryst. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles, pub 2.1 miles.
